Buy Fitness Equipment with Online Support and Monthly Workout Updates



Another very good way to achieve your goal is to have your free consultation with me, choose a range of equipment for you to use and have me produce you a workout to follow.
 
I then provide you with a log in to my online service, and we have monthly update sessions.
 
You have the expert support and guidance as well as the motivational aspect of being accountable to your personal trainer.
 
For more advanced equipment such as kettle bells, TRX, bulgarian bag or certain home gyms you may want to invest in a few sessions up front so you really know what you are doing, and then just see me occasionally from there for updates.
